Dilruba Naoshin is a barrister and partner at Uteem Chambers with a practice spanning banking & finance and corporate/commercial law. Called to the Bars of England & Wales (Lincoln’s Inn), Bangladesh and Mauritius, she advises multilateral DFIs and leading banks on multi-million-dollar cross-border financings, security packages and debt restructurings, and has worked on Islamic bond issuances, aircraft refinancing and Africa-focused private equity platforms. She is ranked a “Notable Practitioner” by IFLR1000 (2024).
RUWAYDAH JAUNBACUS
Ruwaydah Jaunbacus is a Partner and Attorney-at-Law at Uteem Chambers. Admitted to the Mauritian Bar in 2015, she specialises in civil, corporate and commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, employment and insurance law. She has advised high-net-worth individuals, multinational groups, financial institutions and insurers in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes spanning Mauritius, India, the UAE, the UK, the US, and Africa. Ranked 1st at the Attorneys’ Vocational Examinations (2013), she also served on the Council of the Mauritius Law Society (2020–2022).

Nadia Roumanaa Eathally is an Associate and Barrister-at-Law at Uteem Chambers. Admitted to the Bars of England & Wales (Middle Temple, 2024) and Mauritius (2025), she advises and assists on banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, and civil and commercial litigation. Having joined the firm in 2020 as a Legal Executive, Nadia returned in 2025 after completing her Bar Training Course in the United Kingdom.

A French-qualified lawyer (CAPA, Paris Bar, 2012), she brings more than a decade of experience in civil, commercial, and arbitration law, advising on Mauritian legal matters with strong French and international dimensions. Before joining the firm in 2021, she practised in Lyon, representing clients before French civil, criminal, and administrative courts, including the Cour de Cassation, Conseil d’État, and the European Court of Human Rights
