Nadia Roumanaa Eathally is a Barrister-at-Law and Associate at Uteem Chambers. She first joined the firm in 2020 as a Legal Executive, where she developed experience in legal drafting, corporate administration, and due diligence. Following the completion of her Bar Training Course at the University of the West of England, Bristol, and her admission to the Bars of England & Wales and Mauritius, she rejoined the firm in 2025 to take up her current role as Associate.
Nadia’s practice spans banking and finance, corporate and commercial law, civil and commercial litigation, employment, family, revenue & taxation, and insolvency. She advises and assists both local and international clients, including management companies, financial institutions, and corporates, on cross-border transactions, securities registration, and compliance matters.
Her prior work also includes legal research and publication support for contributions to the African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCA), the World Bank, International Trust Laws, and Thomson Reuters.
